Reaffirming that the Nobel Peace prize is a joke

I don’t need to add any comment to this.  You’ll get it:

Nobel Peace Prize winner Betty Williams came from Ireland to Texas to declare that President Bush should be impeached.

In a keynote speech at the International Women’s Peace Conference on Wednesday night, Ms. Williams told a crowd of about 1,000 that the Bush administration has been treacherous and wrong and acted unconstitutionally.

“Right now, I could kill George Bush,” she said at the Adam’s Mark Hotel and Conference Center in Dallas. “No, I don’t mean that. How could you nonviolently kill somebody? I would love to be able to do that.”

About half the crowd gave her a standing ovation after she called for Mr. Bush’s removal from power.

“The Muslim world right now is suffering beyond belief,” she said.

  1. Well, I have to admit that I don’t know who the hell Betty Williams might be – this ignorance has done me no discernible harm whatsoever – but she strikes me as not very bright, completely hypocritical, and otherwise suffering from the usual lefty rectal/cranial condition.

This of course makes her a perfect, if not inevitable, choice for the Nobel committee.

You couldn’t even gouge out a reporter’s eyes, girl. Don’t talk about killing the US President with that lack of backbone.

There are actually real assassins and killers in this world, and you ain’t one of em.

How could you nonviolently kill somebody? I would love to be able to do that.”

Stick them in a sensor deprivation tank for 50 years. Like I said.

“The Muslim world right now is suffering beyond belief,” she said.

They don’t know the meaning of suffering yet and neither do you. All they have to do is kill off 150 million Americans if they want to see suffering.
