I think maybe I will re-read The Haj (sp?) too, maybe first, just to see what Uris had to say from the other side. I think in my mind I have this mixed up with James Michener's "The Source" so it will be great to re-read Uris. Thanks for the suggestion! I am currently in a reading circle and will recommend the group read this book. I look forward to reading it again myself--very affecting; I recall more than a few times I had to wipe my eyes to continue reading. I had not remembered this book til now--thanks for the reminder!
