		<description>To me, a key phrase said by GWB was, &quot;Today, we are safer, but we are not yet safe.&quot;  Those who cut their political teeth on Howard Zinn&#039;s &lt;i&gt;A People&#039;s History of the United States&lt;/i&gt;, and thus can find no good thing to say about our country, simply cannot differentiate between &quot;safer&quot; and &quot;safe&quot;. The utopians want utopia, where we&#039;ll all be safe with no effort expended. The fact that al Qaeda is is severely damaged, Saddam Hussein&#039;s safe haven and terrorist funding is gone, etc., just doesn&#039;t register. It will &lt;i&gt;never&lt;/i&gt; register to those whose lives are ruled by Bush Derangement Syndrome.</description>
